Mobile Medical Clinic
In June of 2024, PCN purchased a mobile medical clinic to be able to take our services to where women need them the most!
The desire for a mobile clinic was borne out of encounters PCN staff had with multiple women who were struggling following an abortion. Filled with regret, these women said things like, “I didn’t know that there was a place like this that could have helped me.”
We don’t want another woman in our community to choose abortion because she didn’t know that there was a place that could support her with compassionate care and resources. Primarily, the mobile clinic is parked outside of facilities providing abortions, college campuses, and other locations as needed. Our goal is to serve women by inviting them to board the mobile clinic and see our nurse for free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI screening, and advocacy. Clients can be referred to our medical clinics for additional services. We've partnered with Sidewalk Advocates for Life to train peaceful, prayerful, invitational sidewalk advocates to care for women and invite them to board the mobile clinic. We thank God that this new ministry has helped us connect with many new women. Not only do some board our mobile clinic, but others book appointments in our centers. The mobile clinic has given us much more visibility in our community.
